Oslo's administrative center and seat of the city council. The building was inaugurated in 1950. Abroad it's probably best known for being the scene of the annual Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony.
The display of tigers was part of Oslo's 1,000 years anniversary celebration and is now removed.
